I post in this section more for feedback to see what others think but at the end of the day it is MY choice and no one else's what to name my child

and if you dont agree with people asking for opinions can I ask why do you bother coming to this section in the first place?

I have been thinking about posting for a while that surely it is understood that if you are old enough to have a baby you are old enough to know you can call them whatever you like?

What is the point of having endless posts saying "it is ur bub, as long as u r happy that is all that matters".

Naming a child is giving them something by which they will be known by society. It makes sense to gather other opinions and then decide what you want to do.

Unless the posters are so concerned that the only people posting in baby names are spineless morons who are swayed by some faceless EBer not liking occupation names into calling their child Harold when they really wanted to call them Tanner?

seems rather hypocritical to be taking the p*ss out of people caring about what they name their child, enough to post about it in an 'I don't care you morons' kind of manner don't you think?
