Hello there, are there any EB'ers that send their children to this Centre in Mawson? I checked it out the other day and found it to have the most nurturing, warm environment out of all the centres I've visited. My children aren't Chinese but I love the idea of a multicultural environment and thought it would be fun to learn about other cultures etc. Has anyone heard anything good or bad?

Hi

Is the Director still Judy?...If so she is fantastic. she was the Preschool teacher at the childcare Logan went to. We moved him to another Centre when she left. Someone I knew sent her children to the Chinese Australian Centre because Judy was there, and the last time I spoke to her she was very happy.

Hi there,
We send our DS there once a week, and we love it. The staff are fantastic with the kids and babies, it is a small centre so they are able to nurture and care for each child like in a family. We chose it for those reasons primarily, but also because it was close to home. Judy the Director is great, just so helpful, always available to discuss issues. I am very impressed with the care and time they take with their programs (they base some aspects on the Reggio Emilio approach), but also with their gentle handling of discipline.
HTH, PM me if you have any questions!
Alex.
