We went to the Novotel several months ago & they catered
for kids which surprised me, they had special cups & toys to
keep them occupied. The meals were not very suitable for
toddlers, although older kids may enjoy them.

I can vouch for Rydges Eagle Hawk. Last time we went there for a meal, they had kids play equipment in the restaurant.
