does anyone know of a place that does either post natal yoga that you can take your baby to or a baby and mums yoga class? I need to get back into exercise badly and my pelvic pain makes walking pretty tough. My son is 3 months old so its not immediately post natal I suppose :-)

There is a baby and mother yoga class in Pearce. You can get the relevant number from the Women's Centre for Health Matters. I went a couple of times (that's where I did prenatal yoga). TBH wasn't too impressed with the teacher and yoga made my pelvis worse not better, but I know there is a different teacher now.

Also you might be interested in the postnatal exercise classes at TCH run by the physio dept. They are free and you can take baby along until they are mobile. I found these much better on my body as the physio checked for gap in abs and whether I was doing the exercises right etc. Just call the hospital on 6244 2222 and ask for the physio dept.
