Ok, so my dr has recommended i start doing some yoga or pilates or something like that.

does anyone know anything in Belconnen that runs in the evenings that's not too expensive and good for uncoordinated totally unfit people like me? anyone want to join me?

i found a free yoga class held in scullin on thursday nights. would anyone like to join me? i know i'll be more motivated to keep going if someone else comes along too

I would seriously not mind picking you up at all. Yani and I have arranged to car pool each week from her house. So the plan is to go park at her place and then alternate who drives to Erindale each week from there. You and I both live Northside so there would be no dramas in getting you

guys, i would love to join you but i seriously don't have $90 at the moment. I think i'll have to go with the freebie for a while and see how it goes (i know that styles of yoga are very different, and not all yoga suits everyone). maybe next time?

ack, i worked out when i sent it to karen that it is actually meditation classes run by some yoga teachers. so i'm not sure it's actulaly going to be what everyone's after or not.

one day my brain might work again.... (not today though)
