HI, I am after a middle name for Alex.

(sorry Nut but i am going to have Alex as my second sons name.. tongue.gif )

I would like some thing that would sound nice when said if he has been bad. EG: i call Tommee by his full name. Thomas Andrew. so i would love a name that i can use that would sound as nice as that does when i say it. ph34r.gif

We are going to use Alex's full name on his BC but also would love a cool way to spell it so that it is diff. Like Tom is. I have spelt it Tommee not tomy or tomey. i wanted to be diff. dev (6).gif

Hey, my "Alex" is older than Nut's - mine's 21 years old.

I think that a middle name depends on the surname as well as the first. How will the names roll together off the tongue? Will th sound harsh, soft or balanced? I like to look for nice rhythms

I much prefer Alex as a nickname to Alexander, especially since Tom has a full name of Thomas it would be nice for Alex to have a full name too. I would definitely only spell it as Alex though.

Mine's "Alexander Gordon". "Gordon" was his paternal Poppy's middle name and is his Dad's middle name. New family traditions have to start somewhere.

Alexander/Alex Benjamin Cook wub.gif

The second one may be a bit long for you, but I think with such a short last name you could pull it off!
