What are your family places to spend family time?

- The Botanic Gardens
- The Cotter or Yuriarra crossing
- Australian National Museum
- Black Mountain Peninsula

I had better share ours ...

* the "Big Park" at Gordon - BBQs, feeding ducks, all of the play equipment, the adventure playground stuff that DH and I play on as well ...

* Commonwealth Park - the "castle" is now open again and the kids love it, there is a lovely "bush" water feature near there that the kids love to pretend to "fish" in with sticks.

* Weston Park at Yarralumla

* Black Mountain Penninsula

We love to feed the ducks, swans and swamp hens etc at Lake Ginninderra. When the bread has run out there are several great equipment areas.

Delia also loves the equipment at Yerrabi Park in Gunghalin.

We spend most of our time at the shops; either Queanbeyan or Tuggeranong. :mad:

I would prefer to spend it at one of the parks though.
