Hi,

Just checking to see if anyone else out in Ngunnawal is having, or has had recent probs with parcel delivery?

I've been waiting for 3 parcels to arrive over the past 3 weeks.....waiting, waiting, waiting sad.gif A friend who lives just down the road is playing the same game, the difference is that hers are registered mail that haven't arrived either :quest:

Bye for now,
Molly.

We're in Amaroo and haven't had any problems. Regularly get parcels too.

Hi,
I'm in Ngunnawal and we've had problems with parcel deliveries in the past. There was at one stage a dyslexic parcel contractor I'm sure. We just ring the post office if we are expecting a parcel and it hasn't arrived. We have even had a registered parcel delivered here and left without a signature and it wasn't even for us. So I would ring the post office to see if its waiting for you there.
Cheers

Thanks for the feedback.

One of them turned up this morning, unfortunately it's the one that was posted latest, so it looks like the other two are gone.

I did go up to the post office yesterday only to be told I could lodge a complaint, but they wouldn't be looked for  not happy with service like that at all. Last night I emailed A Post, who seem to be quite a bit more helpful, so hopefully we can have a little success there.

Interesting you mention the registered parcel though Narelle. A g/f down the road has had a registered parcel from the US go missing in the past couple of weeks also, sadly it's holding a few ballet items we're both anxiously waiting on.

Wish me luck!

Bye for now,
Molly.

Oh yeah definatly ring and check.

We had one instance here where we had been waiting on a parcel for about a week. They always leave them on our front step so I was starting to think that maybe some one had come along and taken it.

Anyway a friend came to the front door, we always go around the back as do most people who pop around, and I went to open the security door and out fell one of the "please collect" slips. They had folded it up and slotted it down the side of the security door so even though we had had our big door open a few times, to let the breeze in, we never saw it there. It had been sitting there for about 4 days!

NO IDEA why they couldn't put it in the letterbox, that at least gets checked regularly.

Anyway migt be a good idea to ring and check original.gif

cheers
Alexandra
