Does anyone have any suggestions of places to go that have a decent number of kitchens on display? (Thinking retail stores here).

Also, where are the best (largest numbers) of display homes here in Canberra? (Figure if we cannot find kitchen displays in store, maybe ideas from display homes will help).

There are quite a few good kitchen places to have a look at depending what you are after
Magnet Mart in Gungahlin has flat pack kitchens which are great, good displays in Fyshwick at Kitchen Company (but not good on quotes!), Kitchen Connection and Knebel Kitchens. Also in Hume is Douglas Joinery who have quite a good display.

The only display homes I know of now in Canberra are up in Dunlop / Ginninderra Ridge. There are some single diplay homes in Sutton and Bungendore I think too. The other thing we did when we were looking was go to home opens for houses for sale in new suburbs like Jerrabomberra to see what they had done. Generally into much more expensive homes than we can afford so was quite interesting too!!

Oh and if it is just colours you are looking at make a booking to go into Duratech in Fyshwick. You can match doors and tops in different colours and styles and splashbacks too!!!
