carol, i'm sorry we won't make it. i'm all dressed ready to come - but i'm covered in weetbix. as is the floor, walls (freshly painted) and pieces of furniture. not to mention the sultanas that have also been deliberately thrown all over the floor and walked on. needless to say i am feeling rather stressed (we have a young couple reasonably interested in the house, have been through twice so far, and i'm anticipating they may ask for another walk through) and i need to clean up 'someone's' mess.... (boohoo)
