Pavillion have nice looking homes with good fittings. From when Chris and I were house hunting 3 yrs ago they were around $220,000 plus site costs to build a 4br. Back then the display homes were in Jerrabomberra. The staff were approachable at all the display homes with pricing etc.
We LOVE the Fernwood at Bowral - it's an AVJennings and not available in Canberra. I don't think it meets ACT EER standards...
It's about $220K.
Have fun and tell me your findings! I'm thinking we'll have to build as well.

My dad works for Regal Homes, they build beautiful homes but I have no idea what they're like to deal with from a customer point of view, but they're very professional.

We are in the early stages of building with Renaissance Homes. So far they have been fantastic. Their prices have been great. We have found all their costings cheaper than what they originally quoted us and after much searching they had the better home at the best price (for us anyway). My partners Aunt had a house built by them and thought they were great too.
