I had a thought the other day about an EB book swap. Basically you would be given the name and address of another participant and you would need to send them a book from your collection that you are willing to pass on. I realise there is a risk of getting a book you have already read, but I would hope this would be minimal. You would also need to consider the cost of sending the book. So, is anyone interested in giving it a go?

I like this idea. You could try reading different tyes of books to normal too and if it is a surprise that would be exciting!

if people have online catalogues like librarything or shelfari, they could be checked to see if they already have it.

Great idea, I would be up for this. I always have heaps of books about that I think are good enough to pass on that I don't want to read again.

I think we would need 5 - 8 people to make this worthwhile. I'll leave it for a few days and see if anyone else is interested.

Great idea, I only call in here every week or so. Maybe give it that long and see what happens then.
Thanks for trying regardless of the outcome
