Hi Everyone,

We are new to Canberra, having moved here from Sydney
at the beginning of the year. EB seems like a
fantastic resource; i've enjoyed reading some of the
threads.

We have a 2 year old boy, and a 5 week old daughter,
who arrived a month early, just days after we moved
into our house - agh! It has been a hectic few
months...

I look forward to meeting many of you in person at
some point and am particularly keen to find some other
2 year old playmates for my little boy who is missing
his Sydney mates (as is his mum!).

Hi Alex,

Welcome to Canberra!!

I moved from Sydney middle of last year so know what it's like to miss your friends.

I have a 2 year old girl and an 8 week old boy. You should pop into the Feb05 parents group forum too. I'm in there even though Sean came a little early and was actually born in January.

I live in Wanniassa. Where do you live?

Hi Alex,

Welcome to Canberra and to EB. Sounds like you've had a very busy time of it lately, can't imagine how hard moving states with 2 children would be, one was hard enough wink.gif

I have a 2 year old as well and we're in Gilmore down south and moved to Canberra from Melbourne nearly 2 years ago now. (where did the time go!!) Hope to catch up with you soon.

Cheers,

Nicola
