I have one large in good condition Wee Wuns Hemp Nappy that I would like to swap with another nappy. Nothing wrong with my Wee Wuns - it just doesn't seem to suit my children's small bums and skinny legs!

Rather than selling it then look for another nappy, I thought someone out there might have a nappy they would like to swap with me.

Post here if you want to do a nappy swap! original.gif

Anything really - just not flannelette ones. I already have tot bots, ozbottee, and Bubba J, so I would prefer something different.

oooh.... anyone want to swap with my Ozbottee Hemp Nappy as well? It's too big for my 2 (better suited for larger babies).

The Ozbottee is not in as great condition as the Weewuns though - the velcro fastening is slightly coming off on one side, so best for someone who can sew it back up ('cause I can't).

BTW, the WeeWuns Hemp nappy is snappi fastening and the Ozbottee is velcro fastening.

Hi Eilleen,

If you drop the nappy with the faulty velcro to me I'll sew it back on for you if you want. PM me.

As far as a swap, I'm not sure if I will have any nappy suitable though but you're welcome to take a look. I'm building up quite a supply (slowly) and I'm just about to start making some but what I do have currently are mostly L's from memory. I don't think I have much of anything smaller.

Cheers for now,
Helen.

Hi Eilleen,

Do you just want to sell them? I would be willing to buy them. Although my kids are long and skinny, so I wonder what the fit would be like.

Let me know.

Helen - thanks for that! I might just take you up on your offer. Its not so much large sizes that worry me (Jade is in a large Bubba J terry) - it just happens that the fit around the legs for these nappies aren't suited to my children's body shape. So, let me know when's a good time to come over your place and I'll be there!

Karen - if none of Helen's fit my children, then I might take you up on your offer of the zoo pillow! (they are so cool!

Rohan - ROFL! Um.... thanks for the offer of disposables for cloth (not).... now go back to work and stop stalking my threads!

Susana - while I would love to sell these nappies to you, I really think they would not suit Delia's build (and Darcy, you'd be waiting a long time see if he would develop the build for them.) The last thing you want are nappies that just don't suit your children. Could turn you off cloth nappies all together! (and since you're a recent convert, I'd hate to see that happen.) original.gif

Lara,

What a fantastic idea!! We can either do it under the Gentle Parenting Group (but open to everyone - though I think that the majority of the people who would be interested in this seem to also be interested in the GPG).

hmmmm - I also have heaps of room in my study if I actually get around to cleaning it up!

Again, I've been searching through this forum for info on cloth nappies. Brazen, are you still part of that cloth nappy chain?

I use Baby Beehinds and love them, but would also like to try some others. Anyone intrested in swapping with me? Mine are in excellent condition.

Eilleen, you need some Bluegum Babies! I have both the daytime and trim cuts, and they're perfect for Sophia's build which is a bit on the slim side. Now if only Alice were still making them.....
