Yesterday I had a laparoscopy, not because I showed endo signs, but just as the next step in our infertility search (19 months ttc). In fact they did find that I did have endo, and have told me that this month (and the next few) will be my greatest chances.

I just want to know if anyone has any success stories on falling pregnant after a Laporoscopy and endo removal.

Hello love. Just wanted to share with you that my BF fell pregnant after her very recent laparoscopy (1st cycle after the op). She's around 8 weeks now. Very exciting!

Just for reference - she had been trying for about 4 months previous to that.

She's the only person I know that's had a lap. I hope that helps.

Good luck! I can't answer the question, but I have a lap on Monday. Hope we both have a good outcome, and when our babies are born, we can get together and RACE them!!!!

I fell pregnant on my forth cycle after my lap. I had very bad endo which was adhere to the bowel, so I had bowel resection as well.

I have a fabulous 10 month old baby girl now.

There are many success stories following laparoscopies and I put a lot of faith in it making a difference (unfortunately for me it did bugger all BOTH times I had them).

I had the full works too - laparoscopy/hysteroscopy/dye studies/D&C/ovarian drilling/endometriosis removal.

For most though it can work wonders

I had a lap in Dec 2004 & am yet to get a BFP.

DH and I were trying for a number of months without success.
Went to a FS, as I was concerned given my age.
They found a small endo cyst, and watched it for 4 months !!
It didnt go
They did a laproscopy on the 11/10/07
I had HEARD that many girls get success after their laps...
but, imagine my sheer delight when I got my BFP later on in that very cycle.

I know everybody is different...and I just couldnt believe thta "it" happened to me
