I had my wisdom tooth pulled yesterday and i am having trouble eating. Does anyone know of an easy soup recipe to cook in the slow cooker?

I know that there is a recipe thread but i just don't have the time to browse through it today.

I would be going the tinned tomato soup, 5 mins in the microwave and it's done grin.gif grin.gif

I do a soup on the stove top -

it is (this makes a very large serve so you may only want to use 1 can of chopped tomatoes)

2 cans of chopped tomatos
1 can of tomato soup (optional)
2-3 cups of stock (you can add more if you like)

1 onion
Any veges - frozen or fresh - I have in the house

salt, pepper and crushed garlic to taste.

Chop it all up, add everything else, give it a stir and chuck it on the stove.

I guess you could add pasta and it would just be like minestrone. I make a batch of this once a week - without pasta, potatoes and pumpkin - it is zero points on Weight Watchers. We puree it up and DP and I take it to work for lunch I also have used it as a healthy pasta sauce aswell LOL
