Are mussels (as in the things from the ocean

) allowed to be eaten when you're pregnant? I have always classified these as no no's because they are from the sea but I heard someone say the other day that they're ok to eat because they're cooked (I'm meaning mussels in the half shell with like sweet chilli sauce on them or something). Whereas oysters are raw so they shouldn't be eaten? Is this true?
