DD has just sprung a sleep over on me, so now I have an extra mouth to feed, which isn't a problem, except the pork is frozen. We were having something else, but willhave to have that tomorrow night instead.
So is it ok to partially defrost it, then cook it from there? It is pork loin medalions and pork rashers.

I have cooked pork frozen at number of times and it has been fine. I quite often forget to take out meat for dinner so the freezer to the pan for me.
