I helped my SIL (a teacher) apply for her current job

From what I read, templates aren't ideal, and you're better off using the templates for ideas, and putting your own together.
She's a drama teacher, so to help her resume stand out we put some photos in. I faded them, so they were like watermarks on each page - they were quite effective.
