Is anyone willing to share their before and after weight loss pics?

I have hit a plateau and don't want to loose motivation.

I will share mine once i have finished. I will try and find pic of me before starting and one now.

I started dieting 15 Feb 2006 so it's been about 15 weeks now but the only before shot I have is at Xmas 2005 as I hated photos back then, still do actually. Sorry about the sour puss face I have on the tonight shot but annoyed with DH at the time as he was stuffing up the photos so fully over it.

Hey Sandy tried on that skirt tonight you gave me and nearrrrrly fits me lol!

I posted mine not that long ago and not a lot changed since then, have been unwell and not exercising much at all, but am happy to report that even after 3 weeks of tonsilitis, laryngitis then bronchitis then gastro I still lost a kg! But by request here I am again

Okay so here is me late last year at my heaviest (hiding behind Laci) and here I am a few weeks back after losing 36kg in 6 months! Being a little cheeky doing a chicken impersonation lol.

I have gone from a size 22 to now a 14 and some 12's! (EEEK!) Aiming for 50kg total loss by the end of the year.





And I just did I quick face compare, this is me on the day I started dieting in late November 05 and me 2 weeks ago. I almost don't recognise my reflection these days!



Hope I have inspired!

Your face shots just blow me away totally your family wont recognise you when you see them next, wow you must feel amazing you are my inspiration girl a size 14 can't wait until I can say that and I will definately post that piccy of me in the skirt when I get into it.

I was a size 28 and now size 18 on the top and size 20 on the bottom but for some reason that size 16 skirt I can put on and do it half up but not the rest of the way must be big size 16 lol!

This is me in May last year at 98kg.



And this is me in March of this year at 72.2kg.


I now weigh about 71.5kg, and have hit a huge plateau, and all motivation has left the building!!! <_<

I know what a shocker I was annoyed with DH at the time as he was either taking the photo to close or to far.

Now, my before pics are terrible, but I'll be brave and put one up. I don't have one at my highest, this one was at 111kg. (start was 118kg)



And I've still got a tummy tuck and 5kg to go, so not quite at the end of my journey, but close enough to be able to show an ok after pic LOL This was taken about 2 weeks ago on a girls night out, so I was a little bit tipsy LOL.



Can't wait to see all these other inspirational photos, I need a bit of a kick up the bum again!

Micaela you look.........well what can I say I'm sitting here almost dying at how incredibley fantastic you look, I totally cannot put into words, you are just so thin now!! I don't think you need to lose anymore you look just great. Wish I could afford a tummy tuck when I'm finished

Although it's funny the amount of people who say I look younger after losing the weight. My new hairdresser thought I was way too young to have 2 kids LOL. I think there was a post on EB a little while ago about looking younger after you've lost weight. I think everyone here has definately proven that it's true!

huge difference im so jealous as i have alot of weight to lose myself how did you all get this far how did you do it you all have really inspired me to lose some weight

I was just thinking to myself I'm not sure if any of you realise but quite sometime ago back in 1997 I went from 160kgs to 74kgs in around 18 months, thought you may like to have a look. I did maintain the 70+kgs for about 6 months then fell pregnant and slowly went from there lol! This time is for good though.
The baby in the photo is my nephew.

WOW, thats amazing.. Micaela u look HOT.. lol.. i started to lose weight just before i got pregnant and managed to get rid of 13kgs, then fell preg but have actually lost again in the preg.. so im going to be coming back when baby is out and i can get down to goal weight.. thanks for the pics guys

After getting a reality check from some friends (thanks Ampstar & Mickeyboo) I decided that I should put my before and progress photos up. Bear in mind that I still have about 40kgs to lose.

I managed to put on around 17kgs with bubba, Im back to pre-pregnancy weight, however ive got about another 8kg to get to my perfect weight.
It always amazes me how you look like a whole different person when you lose a considerable amount of weight

I haven't been around in a long while, but saw this thread today when I decided to poke my nose in. Everyone who is awaiting emails/ posts from me will get them soon, I promise!!

These photos show me at 110 kilos after pregnancies during which I was terribly depressed and put on loads and loads of weight, I am now 77 kilos and bouncing up and down a little. My ultimate goal is to get as close to 70 as I can and see how it feels!

I took weight off my dieting strictly and exercising madly. Its taken two years to get to here as I have a lot of ups and downs. Hope to get to goal by October for my brother's wedding.

Thanks NicoleF I do feel so much fitter I was actually very sick in that before photo as I had sugar levels at 35 I'm a type 2 diabetic and HBP at 200/120 with suspected stroke and they wanted to put me in Hospital but I absolutely refused as I said no-one was going to ruin my son's Xmas. How stupid I was huh!

I have no objections either but you may not want to use mine yet as I still have probably at least 50kgs to lose yet.
