Essential Baby > General > What Do You Think?

Okay here is a quick run down of what happened....

Yesterday I was trying to get this pot of paint open, I popped it open and it spilt all over me.
It was oil based so I got out the good ole turps.
I poured it all over the effected clothes and now I cant get the smell out sad.gif
Ive washed the clothes twice after I had soaked them in soapy water overnight.
What do you think I should do to get the god awful smell out?
ckrmum
Try a wash with eucalyptus in it (a wool wash formula normally has this) OR a soak wash with white vinegar. In the meantime I'll ask my guru ... my Mum. wink.gif

Oh dear.. I tried soaking it in eucalyptus stuff but now its just a foul hybrid smell of them both sad.gif
Does anyone have any other suggestions? I'm at a loss as to what to do now

does it feel oily or is it just the smell that's the problem? i would give vinegar a go, maybe baking soda if it's greasy feeling, or even lemon juice (but not for long as it could bleach).
