I know this is quite common and I'm not overly concerned but I just wanted to get some opinions and ideas.

Breakfast is always raisin toast. This is actually a compromise as if he had his way he'd eat chicken nuggets!! Lunch is whatever I eat, with yogurt....another compromise as yet again he would have nuggets if I let him. Dinner is whatever we eat....most of the time, nuggets are a last resort. He also loves bolognese, and rissoles. He won't eat casseroles or soup, which is hard in winter as we eat them a lot.

If he had his way he would live on rissoles, chicken nuggets and bolognese. When I make these things I put veggies in so he is getting some vitamins etc.

Mum thinks raisin toast is the devils food and that I should be feeding him porridge or weetbix....which he won't eat. She also thinks it's better to have a cooked breakfast of eggs or something than raisin toast, sometimes he will eat eggs other times he won't.

So what does your toddler eat and would you push the issue trying to get them to eat stuff they won't....
