So I made my signature made it the right size etc etc followed all the steps and yet it is not working???

The link you have posted appears to link to the album, not the image itself. (It resolves to: http://s1252.photobucket.com/albums/hh564/...=IMG_2378gg.jpg which shows the picture IN the album, not on its own - hover over each link and see how the are different in your status bar.)
Here is the URL you should be using (ie: the 'direct link' as shown on the photobucket page): http://i1252.photobucket.com/albums/hh564/.../IMG_2378gg.jpg Hope this works for you!
