Congratulations on your pregnancy, hope everything goes smoothly for you!
My levels with my twins were 270 at 16dpo, so much lower than yours, I had no morning sickness either. So yes its possible but HCG levels alone really arent much of an indicator. |

I only have my HCG taken once, and it was at 6 weeks exactly and it was 49,500. Two days later I found out I was having ID twins.

Just looked at my cycles and with my most recent my levels at 6w4d were 79000. She has arrived all on her own (had a scan at 6w6d which revealed just one). My levels with her were alot higher than my other two but otherwise similar pregnancy with no sickness

Just updated for anyone that is interested.
We had our scan today and we have one healthy baby measuring exactly to dates with a heartbeat of 144 bpm
