Sudden bed wetting, after being toilet trained for over 6 months

DS is 2 and 8 months. He TT just after his second birthday, with very little fuss. Over night took a little longer, but he has been dry overnight for at least 4 or 5 months. A couple of weeks ago, he started wetting the bed. He did it 3 times the first week, and has wet the bed the last 3 nights in a row. Today he also wet the bed during his nap. I know he is only very little, but he has been dry over night for months, so this seems a bit odd. I am due to have another baby in 6 weeks. I'm wondering if it could be an underlying factor? He does have milk at bedtime, but only about 1/3 of a cup, so I don't think he's having too much fluid. Most of the time he starts crying halfway through the wee, and then finishes in the toilet. I checked his temperature today, and no signs of a fever, so I don't think it's a urinary tract infection. He gets really hysterical when it happens, and it takes a good half an hour to calm him down. I'm really conscious of making a big issue out of this for him, but I'm after ideas... I was planning to put him back in nappies if it doesn't improve soon, just to take the pressure off him a bit.

DD did a similar thing. She was fully TT months ago (at about 2yr5months) 2 weeks ago we had to move and stay in an apartment while they removed asbestos from near our house. She wet the bed 3 of the first 4 nights. We went and bought some more pullups, had a couple of really positive talks about wearing them and that she would feel much better if she didn't get all wet and cold in bed. She hasn't wet the bed since (that was about 5-6 nights ago. I'll give it another couple of nights and then remove them again. Good luck! ETA I think giving her the pullups removed some pressure. Could be impending baby. Only other thought is worms. They can cause bedwetting in kids that dont normally. Could give him worming tablet and see if it improves.

I am having this EXACT issue DS2 (2 years 11 months) was fully trained overnight and then last week he started pee'ing the bed every night and once during his nap. Well I'm off to the chemist to check out worming tablets....I've never wormed a kid before so this should be interesting.... I'm also pregnant......coincidence?
