... when it comes to your baby's finger nails?
ETA: Oops, forgot to answer my own question. I am a biter, but DH thinks this will somehow lead to DD becoming a biter too We have baby clippers, but I only use them on her toe nails ... she moves her hands too much for me to feel comfortable using the clippers for her finger nails. Clipper. It looks so much neater and it's fastest, she hate her hands being held still, so I have to be quick about it.

Small scissors. My DH nicked the top off DS thumb when he was about a mth old. He howled! DH felt terrible for maiming his newborn!

But after nipping the tip of his finger I now snuggle him onto my chest and cuddle him till he's asleep before I'm game to do it - makes his arms and hands all relaxed |
