Can anyone recommend a good CD to help put my DS4 to sleep?
He has just started requesting music before he goes to sleep to help him settle and I don't really have any ideas. Doesn't have to be a childrens CD.

My girls are 5.5 and almost 4 and they still have music at bedtime.

They have been listening to Music for Dreaming since birth and still do.... it even puts me to sleep wub.gif

You can have a quick listen here.

You can also buy it from iTunes too.

My kids have also listened to music to sleep since they were born. I have playlists made for them of some of my favorite/meaningful songs. Some general ideas are Cat Stevens, Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble, The Beatles. They also have started to listen to podcasts to get to sleep - there are some great kids ones you can get on iTunes.

The child are centre I did my placement at used an Enya cd for nap time.

We use Music for Dreaming or Dinosnores (I find downloading them cheaper). Dinosnores have guided meditation then music at the end and there is a Fairy or dinosaur theme - they are very cute and relaxing

Mum to two boys!! :O
If you wanted something a bit different we love the Giles Andreae books on cd - read by Hugh Laurie. They are a story but accompanied by music and at the end is a long piece of relaxing music.

We also have a cd called Sweet Dreams for Baby which they listened to for years - DH and I swear it wore a track in our brains as we'd hear it over the monitor day and night!!
