what is the best way, ohh im using a normal thermometer to, like a beep one that i use for under arms for kids with temps etc

If you want the most accurate way, go vaginally. Taking your BBT temp vaginally will give you a much more accurate reading. Things like breathing through your mouth, talking in your sleep, snoring ect can cause oral temp taking to become inaccurate.

And take your temp before you get out of bed. Do it as soon as you wake up. And try and do it at the same time every morning original.gif

Also, most people recommend using a BBT thermometer which goes to 2 decimal places. Some women can still see a nice pattern in their chart by only using a temp to 1 decomal place, but it's much easier to see patterns/dips/spikes if you go to 2.

Absolutely agree with all of this. 2 decimal place digital basal thermometers aren't expensive, about $10

tmi but atm cp is up high and soft round it, but i dont even no if i check that right, as someone said you push towards back and i do and far up as i can go, and yea well barely reachable, but in saying that im not due till sat ish so it will drop i would assume

also this may sound silly, but when reaching in there, at the front part of your vagina when you first go to reach in, what is that?? you would think i would no being a female, but i always thought that was my cervix bit cause its like just at start as you put fingers in there like right at start, but i am assuming its not cervix as your cervix is up the back when you put your finger in far as you can go, is that correct????
