I used it for my bulking (bodybuilding) shakes. Great source of protein.

Cafes have been using them for years, so much quicker than seperating eggs. They usually tell you how many egg whites equal a carton and you can measure it out

I have never see that in the shops - I still can't believe they sell frozen chopped up onion. I use a lot of yolks for making icecream, and wonder what to do with all the whites. I usually end up adding them to rissoles or to whole eggs in omelettes or something.

1 egg white is about 27g which is about 30mL, depending on the size of the egg and how good you are at separating them original.gif I used them the other day with no problems. However, I think the main market for them is people after the protein, and for that you wouldn't measure in quite the same way.

What's even more amazing is that they're imported - so onions are shipped, frozen, across the world, to save someone the effort of chopping.

Yep original.gif I use them for my bulking shakes (for the protein) and it's a lot easier than separating the eggs myself - with the added benefit the frozen whites cool the shake right down.
