Calm down and stop overthinking and FFS stop feeling like you are wrong to be applying for the support which is there for families like yours.

I'm gonna delete the OP. Not at all diminishing peoples right to the payment, or mine. But I feel battle weary and not sure I have access to my usual advocacy hat, because this situation means advocating confidently for myself not a loved one IYKWIM.

Thanks MM it was just me overthinking. Feeling pretty overwhelmed tbh and I am not well myself (MH AND for some f'd up reason MY OWN legs have blown up in the last 24 hour which is probably why I feel very pressured and rotten) so its all messing with me.
DD had 2nd OT group therapy session today. The annoyingness when the therapy designed to help your kid exacerbates their behaviour

I think you deserve whatever you can access. It is going to be a difficult time no matter what and any small thing that can help your family is a good thing.
