Ok not sure where to post this so please move it to the right spot if needed.
ok.... in dec 2009 i had a lap to remove adhesions and scarring from my uterus (outside not inside) tubes and ovaries, one of my ovaries is permanently blocked. In jan 2010 i had my first iui which was successful (yay) and i now have a healthy 18month old son. I now want to try and give him a little brother or sister but do not want to go the assisted conception route, as much as id love another child i can not afford to have another round of assisted conception, fs appointments etc. I thought it was not going to be a problem as i fell first go last time, even though my egg grew on the blocked side the egg drifted over to the open side, if that can happen then i figured it can happen naturally.... what i didnt think of which i thought of today is do the adhesions grow back and if they do how long after removal does this generally happen...months...years? SO, my question is HAS ANYONE HAD ADHESIONS REMOVED AND FELL PREGNANT NATURALLY OR IS IT SOMETHING THAT IS A SHORT TERM FIX? yes i know i should speak to a doctor not to a forum but it just crossed my mind today, i am going to ask my GP at my next appointment but just wondering if others have gone through this?
