Yes it is safe. But if you are having second thought I would ring the health direct info line on 1800 022 222. It is run by registered nurses and is free 24/7 number.

Yes. You cannot take anything that contains ibuprofen. There's a whole heap of things you can't take but paracetamol is safe in pregnancy. You can also ring 'Mothersafe', just google them for their contact number.

Yes it is safe. My doctor even went so far as to tell me to take mersyndol for migraines whilst pregnant, because one dose is preferable to days of throwing up etc.

I had hideous headaches for nearly every day for the first 20 or so weeks so lived on Panadol. Dr confirmed this was safe.
