Hi Girls,
After some expertise if possible? I have been charting a few months and am getting really confused on O time. Last month FF called O on day 15 which I would agree with but think maybe it is possible it could have been CD19 this month I thought it was day 15 again and it has called it on CD 19 cause of a big dip - meaning I would have a LP of around 10 days or less. My cycles range from 27-29 days but have been as short as 24 days sad.gif What do you think? If I have a short LP what do I do? I also spotted this cycle right up to cd15 Just dont know what is going on... I would really appreciate your thoughts or oppinions??

Hi OP

I would agree with FF and say you O'd on CD19 this month. Your LP the previous month looks fine and its too early to tell this month. Not sure about the spotting mid cycle though sorry?

I don't chart, just saw this in recent topics. If you ovulate later, it just menas your period would be later. I wouldn't worry about short LP at this stage, wait and see when your period arrives first.

I agree with the PPs at this stage all you know is that you ovulated later. You can't judge your LP until AF arrives. My guess is that AF will be late this month.

I have a short LP. Only 8 days, which means I am not really fertile. I think 10 days plus is okay. Clomid helped add a day or two, but pregnyl injections 4 and 8 days after ovulation mean my LP gets to 13 days. Progesterone pessaries work too. In the past my cycles were irregular with some LPs short and some normal. I assume that I got pregnant on one of the months when my LP was normal.

Thanks heaps Libbylu thats really helpful!
I appreciate all responses, I realise that it looks like I will just get my period later but if that happens it will be the first time in 5 yrs I have had a cycle over 30 days so you can see why I would assume it would still be coming around cd 29 I guess we will see later this week though!
Im still hoping FF is wrong and I O'd on CD15 original.gif

I just had another look at your charts and you could be right, you have had a slowrise since cd15 (excluding CD19) and if you were to have a cover line of 36.45 (similar to last month) then it does look like you O'd on CD15. I would discard the temp at cd19 and see if ff recalculates.

Yep when I discard that one temp on CD19 it changes O date to CD15!!
