Hi ladies,

Glitterz, awesome news on eggs, and when do you expect ET to be?

What a great run we are having in here, two natural pregnancies and a handful on IVF ones in the past few months, so awesome.

Well i had another BT today, HCG is now 1500 at 19dpo, gone up from 350 at 15dpo, so right on track. My prog dropped a little but the nurse said its still within range, and told me to relax. I just explained that with my prog dropping last time then the mc at 8weeks i worry its the same, she reasurred me she wouldnt tell me to relax if it wasnt the case. So all i can do is just wait it out. U/S booked for the 12th original.gif

Spotty: Lovely hcg, rising nicely. I hope time goes by relatively quickly for your scan,

Hi guys,

So 8 fertilised out of 12... I know, its a good number to start with, but I was hoping for a couple more to fertilise. (Sorry if thats sounds greedy). Ive always had around 90% fert rate, this time its 66%. It only takes 1... oh god please let this be our cycle.

G xx

Glitterz,

Its hard not to over analyse all our numbers, we all know that all too well. You have every right to have expectations on your eggs/ embryos.

Still 8 fertilised is fab.

I remember my first ever ICSI over 4yrs ago, getting 7 eggs collected, 6 of which were mature, 3 fertilised, i was gutted, like you expected more, and two made it to blast, and transfered both as SET.... i was happy they made it, and the lone embryo thawed for ET aswell 4yrs ago.

Anyway this numbers game drives us crazy, i can only but hope for your sake that the ones left are lovely embryos for you. What day transfer do you do again?

Are you working today?

Glitterz, like Spotty said it's hard not to overanalyse the numbers but that is still a great fert rate. I'm pleased you are taking the day off - sounds like you could do with the break. Take it easy.

Mickey
