Printed box with display window and PVC tray holding a plastic children's torch, 2 x AA batteries and 4 x 17g milk chocolate eggs.

Identifying features
The display box is in 9 designs: Cars, Princess, Toy Story, Spiderman, Barbie, Hot Wheels, Smurfs, Transformers, and Dora the Explorer

What are the hazards?
Overheating of the batteries may result in the consumer being burnt.

What are the defects?
When the batteries are inserted into the torch, a short circuit may develop and the torch may overheat.

Oh my son has one of these!
How do they go about refunds I wonder.
I mean if you do not have the receipt. Won't they just give you the Easter sale price?

We've got one too. I no longer have the receipt, the eggs have been eaten and torch played with. Will coles take it back?

We brought one of these and it blew up my daughter was devastated because she is obsessed with torches. Very disappointed with the product.

The stupid it burns...
Yes they will have to take it back as its been recalled. They will be able to look up the original sale price.

my children got one each from Nanny as an Easter gift, can I take them back to any store, I dont know where she got it from.
