Same. This is also what I use to prep the walls before painting.

Sugar soap. The kind that comes in a bottle.

If there are any hard to get off bits then I use one of those stain eraser pads.

I would only use sugar soap as an end of lease cleaner. In between the best thing I have found is baby wipes. I even removed crayon drawing with them.

A damp cloth, for general marks and it comes off fine. For scuffs a bit of gumption usually works.
