Exercise in pregnancy PDF guide?

A while ago I was reading a thread and one of the posters provided a link to an exercise guide in pregnancy PDF (I think her trainer had given it to her). I have tried searching for the link but can't find it anywhere... It had some really good tips for what you can/can't do, and I'd like to be able to find it again (silly me didn't bookmark it!) It's just a PDF document (with I think a blue header area - helpful huh?!) If anyone can provide the link it would be really appreciated! Thanks
