Hi.

Just wondering if there is anyone who suffers from prolonged bleeding. We have been TTC almost 3 years & had scans, bloodtests, (FS said its nott meonpausal related) , natropath herbs, had a laproscopy & hysteroscopy in Nov 11.

We have 1 beautiful girl with us whos 6 & our 2nd daughter passed away at 6 months of age.

Since I had my 2nd daughter by CS my cycles have never been the same leading up to then they were 5 days & 26/28 days cycles. Now for more then 4 years I have been 8-11 days with spotting from days 5.

We are currently seeing a FS who has now put me on Clomid which this is now my 1st cycle finally.. original.gif
We never had trouble TTC with our daughter & plus a miscarriage first time but now after Our daughter passed away we are heartbroken & her sister non stop mentions her sister which breaks our heart.
Although I am very greatful we are lucky to have what we have as there are many who havent even experienced parenthood although its not nice to experience losing your little girl after 6 months the constant memories & reminders for the rest of our lives.

If there is anyone who experienced prolonged bleeding & was able to fall pregnant or would anyone know what this maybe. Thanks for any help.. original.gif

I too had prolonged bleeding. Mine was however, related to hormonal issues. I would actually start spotting anywhere from 2-6 days after ovulation and would continue into AF around day 10 and then would have bleeding for another 9ish days so basically 14 days of bleeding/spotting. I had tests to check for any issues causing it and none revealed anything so my diagnosis of hormonal imbalance was given. We had been unofficially trying for around 3 years and were ready to move forward with things. However we successfully fell pg in January this year - still with spotting only 2 days after ovulation so YES it can be successful but I honestly think having a break from work and a nice family holiday contributed to our success.

I am pretty sure too, that we first "met" online in the huggies forum when our DD's were born in January 2006. I followed your story of your gorgeous little angel too. I hope you all get your wish for a new baby very soon xxx
