I ended up having a Chicken Ceaser Wrap when we went out for lunch yesterday - yummy with grilled chicken. I also had a couple of wines (wasnt in my plan sad.gif). Today has started well - I have been for a walk and had my weetbix with skim milk and cuppa tea.

Hi All. Yesterday I went for a brisk 30min walk on my own. I've been eating quite well too. I took my measurements this morning to help me stay on track.

Sallystwo- I had salad with grilled chicken sliced up in it for dinner last night. And I had several glasses of wine too!

I plan to go for a walk this arvy, but need to organise dinner soon so I can. DH is on night shift, so he can't watch the kids or cook.

Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday.

GL = 5kg
CL = 0kg
LL = 5kg

I'm starting at 66.8kg and would like to get down under 60kg but want to be realistic with this 10 weeks as I am also working around an injury.

This weekend started great with me finally starting to run again. Unfortunately my body had other ideas and I have managed to have my back go out (again) so it's been drugs and rest the last couple of days, with a little walking and some very light core and stretching today. Hopefully I'll be able to do some more tomorrow and be back into it quickly. Meanwhile I am trying to track my calories as I have a good diet usually, but a tendency to eat my pain when everything flares up.

All the best to everyone. Those shoe shopping have reminded me I need to go and buy some more gym gear as mine is getting rather well worn. With the change of season I could do with some warmer stuff. I am however a bit lacking confidence in the shopping dept. What does everyone else wear?

Game on Lexi!! let's make it that the loser has to shout a coffee for the first person to 52kg. I weighed myself this evening at 57.3 - so obviously not too accurate being evening time, but I'm probably not as close to the 55 as I thought.

Girls girls girls - you have to look after your pelvic floor or else your uterus will fall out.

Rach - your brekkies sound yum - kind of stuff I like to eat!

ooops, dinner, will be back

Anyone else who has a bit more to lose (like over 5kg) have any mini goals?
Personally I'd like to lose another 3kg so I can say I've lost 10kg since October.
You'll be hearing about it when it happens!

Symone are you feeling guilty yet? I see Lex ran 8 kms: makes my 2.5 km walk seem like the warmup exercise lol

Too legit to quit.
I have done SFA...I MAY get into some exercise tomorrow. Probably a Bob Harper DVD as it will still be raining here tomorrow and for the rest of the week.

Trying not to feel guilty Holly - the two glasses of wine today may have been a bad idea though wink.gif Might even log into myfitnesspal tomorrow and start counting me some calories.

Good work everyone, I will be full throtle from tomorrow onwards. Which will include NO Milo cereal for breakfast sad.gif

Kidwrangler- back injuries are horrible, you poor thing sad.gif hopefully it starts to feel better really soon! I'm pretty boring when it comes to gym clothes; black pants and a singlet top is what I wear.

Tripletreat- I want to lose another 10 or so kilos. I've already lost 30 original.gif

Ianthe- Welcome, and good luck!

I had a bit of a slip up last night sad.gif I ate 2 bowls of cherios. I was desperately craving something sweet!

Good morning all

I got back from 2 weeks away last night. Hubby has been living here alone, and, well, you can imagine what the place looks like. He's not messy, as such, just grotty. Doesn't wipe stove top and all that other stuff.

Anyway,.... my point is that even though I'll have to go around cleaning up today, I made myself a priority and have just done Level 2 of Ripped in 30 - so I'm proud of myself for putting me first for once.

Just having a "brekkie" of yoghurt, lsa, protein powder and prunes. LOL. Couldn't find any oats to make it a proper meal, so had to add protein powder.

Will be walking up to kinder after lunch then back up to pick him up and the schoool kids.

Symone - How was your brekkie? Anything healthy?

Jimmy Moon - Yeah, I get into back habits of eating sweet stuff after dinner, then I get back into good habits of camomile tea. Wish I could just stay with the good habits.

Seeya, I got a stove top to scrub! LOL.
