does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of a head cold, Im not going to the doc I'm pretty sure she won't give me anything for it.

Rest & fluids!
I've got one as well & i'm currently taking: Olive Leaf Extract - 7 ml 2 x daily Panadol cold & flu tablets Fess Bisolven tablets & ventolin (I'm asthmatic, so any cold hits my chest as well) |

It's an immune system booster.
My naturopath recomended it to me when I found out i'd had glandular fever & due to elevated iron levels, I am unable to take vitamin C supplements. If you are pregnant it's not recomended to be taken. |

ah k
so I bought some of the Olive leaf Extract, and pharmacy brand of cold and flu tablets, have also increased my fluid intake and also taking vit c. |
