AS many as I thought i could use before they were too ick. So probaby 5-6.

Good on them for giving them away. At Woolworths once, (when bananas were expensive) they had no bananas, but there was a produce bin full of bananas. They were still firm, few brown spots but still fine for eating. I asked about them, only to be told nope, they are in the bin now, can't be sold. What a freaking waste.

None I detest bananas. sick.gif

If I do get them for DP I use a plastic bag to pick them up as the smell on my hands makes me feel ill.

Yes I know I am probably overreacting, yes I know it's probably all in my head, but it really is the only thing that I detest this much!

If it was near closing time and there were plenty in the box and not heaps of people fighting over them, I might take 5.

At least half a dozen and put them in the freezer. Ours quite often has bunches for 99 cents when they are starting to become over ripe so I buy them and keep them in the freezer for cooking.

Loving my little princess.....
I'd only take what I could use. If I took them all I'd end up throwing most of them away.
Currently there is banana's in my fruit bowl, so I wouldn't have taken any.

I would take a bunch (about 5), if I needed bananas. But we have too many going brown in our kitchen at the moment for me to add to the collection.

So approx 5 or 6

I'd take as many as I thought I could use.

But I would leave a couple in some token nod toward propriety and 'good manners'...

This happy.gif

I'd probably take 6.
