CountryChic - so sorry sweetie about your mc but I'm glad that you were able to grieve. Hope your first day back at work is a nice distraction and not too stressful. I really wish I knew how to do that hugging emoticon, it conveys so much. *hug* *hug*.

Allie - have you had the regular blood tests for hormones levels, STDs and immunity? Also, wish I'd had a vit D test when I first started TTC 'cos if you get a BFP there's serious consequences for the bub if you're deficient and both DH and I are. Your life sounds so fantastic at the moment - definitely something to be proud of & celebrate!! yyes.gif tthumbs.gif

No when I went to the docs last time she wouldn't test anything. Said all I need to worry about was folate shrug.gif I will be making sure she orders tests for immunities, vitamin levels etc tomorrow!

You feel like you swallow way too many tablets?! I take the whole cabinet! grin.gif blink.gif

And to think I asked you if you took a multivitamin roll2.gif

ETA I remember now. Next door is a Beppity beepity beep she complained that we are noisy while BDing Oh sorry I didn't you were listening to our bed bang against the wall

That's hilarious! If I was you i'd...
1. Make even more noise from now on
2. Buy a porno with lots of "noise". I'd put it on repeat in the morning, turn the volume up and leave it going all day!!

AFM: CD35 and no AF...this has been such a long month! I am sure I am not PG...no symptoms and really not feeling it. I did a PG test on Friday and it was negative. I wish AF would hurry and and arrive so we could start another month!! Although and 2 year anniversary present on Tuesday would be nice :s original.gif

Your temp is still quite nice and high at the moment! It would be interesting to know what it had done those couple of days you missed. I have my FX for a fantastic anniversary present!

QUOTE (njs4dks @ 15/04/2012, 06:35 PM) *
well the last few weeks have been busy with working 2 early mornings and 2 midday shifts as well as any call ins and studying I get up at 4:30am now

You do sound busy! I used to have to get up early every morning and I hated it! FX everything settles back down for you soon.

QUOTE (huxley123 @ 15/04/2012, 06:49 PM) *
Well the evil AF. came back with a vengeance. rant.gif Feeling absolutely shattered. I wouldn't mind if it had just arrived like normal but after a week of suspect symptoms and then last nights nightmare of will it won't it?- i feel like my body has played a cruel joke and then slapped me in the face. Im fairly convinced i must have had a chemical pg because a similar thing happened last Oct.

I'm so sorry huxley bbighug.gif I know how you feel sad.gif I had every EPS in the book last month, and after that faint BFP one day I thought I was on the right path! It does feel like a cruel joke mad.gif Take care of yourself xx

Well my temps are looking good. By this time last month, my temps had dropped quite low again. But they still seem to be hanging around up high for the moment.

They do look quite good compared to previous months! FX for a nice little surprise!!

Morning All, Sorry havent been in much, the mc finally hit me late last week and had quite a few rough days and freak outs about what ifs etc etc.
But i'm back feeling ok ... finally stopped bleeding (hallelujah) and moving on.
Will try and come back in this afternoon for personals ... first day proper day back at work and have 263 emails needing my attention. blink.gif

I'm sorry to hear you have been having a rough time. I'm glad the bleeding has finally stopped for you. bbighug.gif Look after yourself and ignore all the emails that are not super urgent for a couple of days wink.gif

AFM- Well the EPO certainly seems to be doing it's job. I'm only CD9 today, and yesterday had quite a bit of EWCM. It was definitely EWCM because it was very clear and very stretchy. So WOW! That EPO really does it's job! I feel sorry for the doctor tomorrow blink.gif I can see it now... she's going to go to do the pap test and she's going to call out 'SUCTION' roll2.gif

Allie_D roll2.gif suction!! That's really good that the EPO is doing a good job though. Can I ask, were you told by your doctor that you needed it, or did you just decide to take it yourself? I have EWCM but if it increases it (and my chances of getting PG), then I'm all for taking it

KateyDee, FX! original.gif I also miss having baths - my apartment has a huge shower, but nothing compares to a bath!

Babyangelfever welcome to the group biggrin.gif Hope your stay is short & sweet

Huxley sorry to hear about AF and the suspected chem PG. Hope you're holding up okay, just take it slow original.gif

njs4dks wow, 4.30am! I struggle to get out of bed at 7 haha

LouiseS8 FX for a nice anniversary present original.gif

Sunshiney that's alot of vitamins!!

AFM - Waiting waiting to O. If my cycle was bang on 28 days with a 14 day LP, I would be ovulating in 4 days. But it's my second cycle off BC, and my LP was only 10 days last cycle, so I'm thinking it will be at least another week or so before I O. Really annoyed that the way between AF and O is so long - I hate POAS every day!

Have a great week everyone biggrin.gif

No I haven't been to a doctor in ages! I noticed on EB that a lot of ladies said they took it to help with the CM, and I did some of my own research and discovered it is quite widely used to help with CM so I decided to give it a go. It is working it seems! LOL!

Well, I have my 7th acupuncture appointment tonight. WHich will be the last for this paticular cycle.

I still feel really good that I'm actually getting off my bum and actively doing something to try and help, but I'm not convinced it's working.

When I started getting acupuncture (started on CD 2), the acupuncturist said she hoped she could move my normal ovulation day (CD 19) up to CD 14. Which would in turn, give me a greater change of conceiving and implanting. Although, that didn't happen. In fact, it got worse - I only ovulated on CD 20 this month.

Then a few appointments ago, she told me that because of my hard/round belly, that it would be a miracle for me to fall pregnant. My 2nd last appointment with her, she seemed confident again, but then at the last appointment, she pressed on my belly and said "Yeah, like I said the other week, it's a bit of a poor prognosis with that belly, isn't it"

I asked her WHY this time though, and asked why my belly (or around that area) is preventing me from getting pregnant. And she said it was too "hard" and that meant it was congested and clogged up and that it was limiting "movement" in that area, and that everyting couldn't "flow" properly.

I'm trying very hard to stay positive with the acupuncture, but she's making it a big difficult huh.gif

I'll wait though, wait a few more months and see if I can notice any chances original.gif

Hi everyone,

Wow this post keeps updating so quickly! Just finished night duty, so a bit weary, read all the posts but will have to have a shower and relax a bit before replying to everyone!

Funny note, I'm on Cd11 and woke up at 1230 to witness my DH sneak back into bed and pretend he slept in! I'm glad he takes notice of my cycle now and I dont have to remind him when its important to BD!

Love Cotchi.

Hey there ChilliDog! So glad your wedding went so well! My DH and I were married in Nov last year and it took so long to get back into the swing of work and life after everything being so focused on the "big day".

Welcome back to reality, it really is a good place biggrin.gif
How many of your work colleagues have asked you "so how's married life?" with a quick "so when are you having kids?" comment? It's been nearly 6 months for me and I must get asked at least half a dozen times a week. My standard response? "Great! Same as it was before we were married!" and "when they come along".

I am going to start DH on Menevit as of tomorrow (he previously only took a regular mens multi) and get him to do a zinc test (thanks Allie_D!), and I'm going to start popping the EPO until O to try and increase my CM etc.

Bells i've been having a few people ask about babies for months. I think it probably started when we got engaged except for my boss who's been asking for years (I know him outside of work so he's only overstepping the boundaries a bit). I've only had 1 person say anything since we got married. Her comment "Now you've got no excuse...better start popping them out"! Everytime she commented before the wedding i would say "How about you at least let us get married and settled first". Guess i dont have that excuse anymore.

I've just started on EPO a few days ago but havent noticed any change yet. How long does it usually take to start doing its thing...anyone know??

AFM...just went to the doc and had a pap smear done. This is a new doc for me as my regular doc went on Mat leave a couple of months ago. Had a good chat to her and she seems great. Easy to talk to and once we'd chatted about where DH and i were at she gave me a referal for an ultrasound to check everything out. Said i can use it whenever i feel i'm ready. As we're now on our 6th cycle i will use it possibly at the end of this cycle if no BFP or i might do 1 more cycle. I gave myself in my own head until June so i may wait it out until then. Very happy that i have that little piece of paper now grin.gif

Alright emails all answered! biggrin.gif

Kateydee: Glad things are looking more positive for you, seems a little odd with your acupuncturist having a different opinion at separate appointments? I’m not sure what your diet is like, but I found for me I get the most out of acupuncture when my diet is pretty good (I’m no health freak, so when I say pretty good I’m eating breakfast, less wine and snacking on fruit instead of junk)
SC99 – good luck with BDing
Huxley: sorry to hear AF turned up in specular fashion, our bodies can be cruel.
LittleJacksonOne: Sorry to hear you are back hear for the same reasons I am, I hope you are doing ok
Whimsical: FX for a B'day BFP
Bells: Sorry to hear that AF arrived.

Allie D Good luck at the docs tomorrow, make sure you don’t leave without the paperwork for the tests!
Sunshiney - love your list of supplements!
SC99 - thanks for the hugs!
Njs4dks - let the neighbours complain, she is just jealous im sure!

LouiseS8 FX for a nice anniversary present

Chiilidog – your doc sounds amazing, isn’t it nice to get such a proactive doc!

Hi to everyone else…sorry if I missed you this thread moves so quickly! Still trying to catch up.

AFM – having quite a good day despite being at work … we are going to TTC this month and maybe next before taking a few months off as I am maid of honor at my BFF’s wedding in march, so timing is an issue…she is like my sister so I don’t want to risk not being there let alone she has been so great over the last week or so. wub.gif

So bleeding only stopped yesterday and I’m on the lookout for EWCM! CD9 already (if i count from day of mc) and normally O CD12 think I will O later though but nonetheless lots of BDing to do this week, poor DH! blush.gif

countrychic29, Yeah I don't know why she changed her opinion all of a sudden. I think when she saw she didn't change my ovulation day like she'd hoped, her confidence may have been knocked around a bit?

Tonight she tells me that after 2 months of treatments to 'regulate my cycle', we would try naturally for another 2 months, and then we should start IVF. So she's given me 4 months in total to 'try' with acupuncture before she suggests IVF (with assistance of acupuncture).

I thought that may have been a bit extreme...
