Yes to the CWA, or fetes, or country markets for knitted woolies.

I also live Pure Baby, but have had excellent wearing zip=ups from Sprout with no hood - they go through the washing machine (and dryer) a million times and still look good.

Target, KMART and BigW all have basic tracksuits, fleecy, in small sizes. They are cheap too....$5 for a top and $6 for a bottom

I think what the others said about CWA ladies or fetes or knitting shops, you could get some little old lady to knit for you (if you don't know a knitter) and I agree, baby wondersuits need a cardigan over them for extra warmth. Also socks underneath the feet in the wondersuits. bbabyflip.gif

And you need knits made of wool or something with wool in it, as cotton and windcheater material is useless. Are you in Victoria OP, because I would knit something for your baby. My granddaughter was the best dressed baby girl in the hospital. hhugs.gif

If you are in Melbourne there is a stall selling hand knitted goods in the foyer of the women's hospital. I saw it there last week and was looking at the cardigans, they were all lovely and I think they were reasonably priced. It was raising money for the special care nursery I think. The lady said she was there every Wednesday. Other big hospitals might have the same deal if you aren't in Melbourne too.
