You lied because you wanted a baby and he didnt?
Did you end up telling him after the baby was born or you havent brought it up?
Did you feel guilty?

Absolutely not. If someone in a relationship did that then they obviously have no value or respect for the other persons wishes and that is not a true and equal relationship.
