Hi, Last year I changed GP s as I wanted to use the same doctor as my family, but he has unfortunately retired now and is not practising anymore. So a lady doctor has taken his place, she is very nice, quite young but does seem quite through. My previous Dr was trained in Gynacology and Obstetrics, so he actually delivered all my babies.
I have sadly just recently suffered two miscarriages in the last 6 months. My doctor would like me to see a FS, to have some tests. I cant help feeling that I wished I could see my other doctor as I feel he has more experience in that field of things. Do you think I should stay with my doctor now or see if i can see him for a second opinion? |

You want to see your retired GP for a second opinion? Or am I reading that wrong?
I'd find another GP myself - your former GP has retired, let him be... EDIT: sorry, on re-reading I get what you mean. I'd personally go back to my old doctor. You've obviously been going to him for a while and he is aware of your history etc. This post has been edited by oNeLoVe: 09/04/2012, 01:43 PM |
