Hi all we have just started up a all age play group info below, let us know what you think

Time for Toddlers is designed to help parents and children learn through play. We are a play session which will help encourage your toddler to use their imagination, creativity, and explore, they will develop their coordination, language & communication skills, and improve their intellectual and emotional development. We aim to help you in the development of your child. Your input is valued and we will try to adjust and adapt the programme to suit you and your child’s needs.
Each week we follow the same program which consist of approximately 50 minutes of Activities including crafts, painting, gluing, threading, sand play, exploratory, multicultural, circle games, pretend play, cooking, play doh, posting boxes and many more.
several different activities will be available for you to do with your child to encourage them to learn through imagination, crafts and play. If your child whips through these activities quickly feel free to grab a cuppa and go outside (weather permits) or go over to the mat for some quiet play.
Following this we will wash our hands and have a short morning tea of fresh fruit provided by us.
We will then wash our hands again and gather on the mat for puzzles, shape sorters, threading, dominoes, memory games, pattern making, number colour recognition and other thinking (cognitive) activities.
Then it’s time for a fun group activity which will help build confidence and help in making friends.
Followed by some moving and grooving, great exercise for us mums. Including dancing, rhythm and beat, moving and shaking to toddler music with musical instruments, scarf and bubbles.
Last but defiantly not the least a Chill-out session with nursery rhymes, singing, reading, puppets and toddler talk, ending with a goodbye song and stickers/stamps.
All activities and sessions are aimed at helping you and your child get the most out of the sessions.
