Ive woken with really really tight neck and shoulders and cant get any last minute appointments at a pregnancy massage place. So was wandering if anyone knew if it is ok to go to one of the massage places in the shopping centre for a neck and shoulder? I have been before when not pregnant and was fine.

Well, I did it frequently and had no issues. Tell them you're pregnant, if it isn't obvious. I'm sure for a one off it would be fine.
Those Asian places tend not to use oils, they massage through your clothes. |
