I'd recommend a Paediatric Physio. Best thing we did, just wish we'd taken him a bit earlier. I think DS was nearly 4.5 months when we went. Putting him at alternating ends of the bassinette worked a bit for us. The bassinette was right beside me, and he always turned towards me - so sometimes we had his face level with mine, sometimes his feet level with my face. He still turned towards me, but sometimes that was on his left, and sometimes on his right.
We didn't start this until he was 7 weeks old, and the flat spot (off to one side) has remained. Luckily, he has a totally lush head of hair and you only know if you put your hand on his head. |
