Hi all!
I bought DS one Easy night nappy by Bambooty to try out (our first time using reusable nappies) and it has all these flaps inside it (the website says to make it dry quicker) but i cant figure out how to configure them! Can anyone help!???? here is a diagram from the website, it doesnt help me one bit! http://www.bambooty.com.au/catalog/images/..._easynights.pdf This post has been edited by neaka: 04/04/2012, 08:34 PM |

find the shortest one, that lays in first on the bottom, then the one from the opposite end and the back to the first side again and then the last one on the top, give it a little pull front to back so they fit inside the elastic
well thats what I do at least, if you need more in the front you could fold toward the front but I have never needed it. This post has been edited by cassi8: 04/04/2012, 09:03 PM |

No advice but can you tell me how it goes. I am looking for a good night nappy as my 2 kids wet through our usual nappies now and I am using disposables to see them through the night.

The one that looks different (has the liner material) goes on the top
Make sure that the "poo fence" (as it is known in this household) on either side of the flaps is up (near the legs). |

The one with the suedecloth - stay dry fabric on top always goes on top, the others fit underneath that and and pull up the gussets at the sides to keep them all in. I have a small bambooty mini booster that I also slot between one of the layers for extra absorbancy.

The suedecloth goes on the top (it's the really white one).
I've always put two together and then the ones from the other side on top - gees that makes no sense. So I don't interweave them like PP, it hadn't even occurred to me. Just give them a bit of a pull and they'll slot nicely into the poo fence (that's what itti call it!). They do dry a lot faster. I have ended up using 6 pegs to hang them up - 1 for each of the corners of the nappy and then another 2, one for each of the top flaps so that they separate out from the ones underneath them, otherwise I find that they don't dry. Good luck! |
