I've been looking at Jillian's DVDs online, I want a couple of workout routines for during winter when it's too cold to get outside! Do you need the DVD to do the one you want to do, or is it something different? Thanks! original.gif

I'm starting Ripped in 30 tomorrow, so I'm in! I did No More Trouble Zones last week, was sore for a few days after, probably shouldn't have jumped straight into a 1hr workout straight away. Will be doing it early in the morning before work, so won't be in to update until tomorrow evening though.

Should be cleaning!
I am hoping to start the 30 day shred one tomorrow, it is the first time I have done it so it will be interesting to see how I go, might keep an eye on this thread though hopefully it will help me keep motivated. Good luck.

My motivation has been non-existent, I really need to get into it. Pretty disappointed in myself, this time last year I was 66kg, now just over 80, sheer laziness and not eating well enough.

I have put on about 12 kg in the last year, its come too the fact that I have hardly any winter clothes that will fit me! So that is my motivation - I don't want to buy any more clothes (one money, plus trying to find some that fit me that was comfy!!)

Yay! So happy to have some company. I also need to lose weight (& have put on a bit more lately sad.gif ). Would be happy with 8 - 10 kilos.

cardamom - I have her DVDs (a lot of them wink.gif ) but I think you can 'acquire' these ones online.

See you all for check-in tomorrow! original.gif

Count me in!

I am 6 weeks post birth, have dropped the extra baby weight and now have about 12 kg to lose - I have been hanging onto this 12 kg for about 6 years now and I want it gone!

I couldn't find 30 day shred at the shop, so went with Ripped in 30. I had a false start last week, and started again today - pretty confident I can get through it but I need something to keep me accountable - checking in here should help!

So anyway, if anyone is interested - a quick review on Ripped in 30 level 1: I find it reasonably easy given I haven't exercised properly for a long time - it makes me sweat but knowing the circuits are so short helps me push through it and before you know it, you are warming down.

I am going to (try to) incorporate a daily walk too, as so far it feels it will tone rather than burn fat initially. I guess all that new muscle will eventually help burn fat too. I hope!

Looking forward to it!

I am in sugababe, provided I can modify it and not do it when I do pt and run as I just don't have time to do it all.

I have 4.8 kg left to lose and easter is looming and chocolate is my downfall!

I have boxing tomorrow and I like to run 6km on Tuesdays, so I will start Wednesday with level 3 30ds.

Im in original.gif

I acquired Ripped in 30 late last week, and had planned to just do it a couple of times a week on days when I didnt run or cycle, but I like a challenge, so Im up for doing it more!

I dont want to lose any weight (have recently got to goal weight of 55kg), but I do want to tone up. I run 4-5 times a week and cycle between 10-30km on my non running days.

ETA: I have done the week 1 workout twice, and loved it, really love the format.
